reading room at school (minus the people) - thoroughly enjoyed this sketch despite all my fingers and especially knuckles numb from the freezing temperature in there.. felt like they were about to fall off

i used to dread this place.. with its hard chairs, dull grey tables and lights too brightly lit and glaring white to my liking. but somehow with everyone camping together here from 9AM in the mornings till nighttime during these few weeks and the occasional distractions when the rowdy boys start to fool around, I'm beginning to find some comfort here :) even with faulty non-adjustable airconditioner at 18 degrees

i guess this is the first time i actually got down to picking up a pen, and sketching my surroundings onto a proper piece of paper (and not like a random scrap of receipts or serviette..), in this case was my moleskine. October in my moleskine has been.. inexistent. no sketches no doodles no nothing. funny how when there are so many to-dos weighing upon my mind with A levels creeping up on us and how 24 hours in the day doesn't seem enough nowadays, this 15 minute sketch didnt turn out that bad at all
